Selectinator

Rhino plugin · v1.0.0 · updated

Grow and cull sub-object and control-point selections with an interactive slider. The 'Selectinator' panel works with control points or mesh/SubD sub-objects (vertices, edges or faces). Simply drag a slider to grow or shrink the selection. Growth modes include Spherical, Box, Curve (curve control points), UV (NURBS grids), Edge Loop / Edge Ring, Face Loop and Vertex Loop (Along / Across / Both). Shape the result with pattern filters: Every-Nth, Random, Gradient falloff, motif Tiling, and fractals (Hilbert, Peano, Moore, Dragon, Sierpinski, Vicsek, Cantor Dust). Email questions to Brian.James@McNeel.com or post to the Rhino forum at discourse.mcneel.com and @BrianJ Command name: Selectinator (toggles the panel).
