Rhino Outline AI. Turns a photo or image into a closed outline curve. Finds the object with neural segmentation (IS-Net, U2-Net small) or with one click (MobileSAM, a small Segment Anything model), ignores cast shadows, then traces it with Potrace and wraps it with an alpha shape. Commands Outline, OutlinePicture and OutlineClick. Runs on the CPU. U2-Net small and MobileSAM are included; IS-Net (the default for Detect=AI, 171 MB) is downloaded the first time it is used, after asking.

How to install rhino-outline-ai

Click Install in Rhino to open Rhino's Package Manager with rhino-outline-ai selected, or run _PackageManager inside Rhino and search for rhino-outline-ai.On the computer running Rhino, run _PackageManager and search for rhino-outline-ai.
Or install it from a terminal (assumes a default Rhino 7 installation):
