FAF Tool is a structural form and force analysis tool for Rhino and Grasshopper. Users can assemble models from bars, loads, and supports; define constraints on node positions, member directions, and axial forces; and solve them using AD Newton, ADRFR geometry, or IFDT algorithms. ADMM also supports partitioning a model into coordinated subsystems. Visualizations of deformation, forces, and residuals help users explore structural design options.

How to install FormAndForce_FAF
- Click Install in Rhino to open Rhino's Package Manager with FormAndForce_FAF selected, or run
_PackageManagerinside Rhino and search for FormAndForce_FAF.On the computer running Rhino, run_PackageManagerand search for FormAndForce_FAF. - Or install it from a terminal (assumes a default Rhino 8 installation):Windows (PowerShell)
& "C:\Program Files\Rhino 8\System\Yak.exe" install FormAndForce_FAF - Or download a .yak file and drag it onto an open Rhino window.
