Cocodrilo lets you build parametric FE models in Grasshopper — beams, shells, links, supports and loads — mesh them with a quality quad-dominant mesher, generate code-based load combinations, run life-cycle assessments, and refine everything through an AI chat assistant that edits, checks and compares your models. Exchange models with ETABS (.e2k), SAP2000 (.s2k), Strand7 and IFC in both directions — including directly in Rhino: the bundled Rhino plug-in opens all four formats via File > Open, Import, drag-and-drop or the CocodriloRead commands. How to install cocodrilo

Click Install in Rhino to open Rhino's Package Manager with cocodrilo selected, or run _PackageManager inside Rhino and search for cocodrilo.

Or install it from a terminal (assumes a default Rhino 8 installation):

Windows (PowerShell)

& "C:\Program Files\Rhino 8\System\Yak.exe" install cocodrilo

macOS (Terminal)

"/Applications/Rhino 8.app/Contents/Resources/bin/yak" install cocodrilo

Or download the .yak file above and drag it onto an open Rhino window.

Restart Rhino once the install finishes.
