Buildings- Place and configure buildings with automated calculations for built-up area, FAR (Floor Area Ratio), and coverage. 4. Live Metrics: Get live metrics as you model about Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Built Up Area (BUA), Plot Coverage, Area distributions etc. 5. Auto Spreadsheet: Generate comprehensive reports and export data to Excel, streamlining communication and documentation. AIQ Urban is ideal for master planning projects of any scale, improving efficiency and accuracy in planning workflows.

Compatibility
How to install AIQ_Urban
- Click Install in Rhino to open Rhino's Package Manager with AIQ_Urban selected, or run
_PackageManagerinside Rhino and search for AIQ_Urban. - Or install it from a terminal (assumes a default Rhino 8 installation):Windows (PowerShell)
& "C:\Program Files\Rhino 8\System\Yak.exe" install AIQ_UrbanmacOS (Terminal)"/Applications/Rhino 8.app/Contents/Resources/bin/yak" install AIQ_Urban - Or download the .yak file above and drag it onto an open Rhino window.
Restart Rhino once the install finishes.
